Shipping & Handling
We offer free shipping in Pakistan on orders above PKR 5000. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will processed at the earliest time. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 5-7 business days via Leopard, and other delivery companies.
International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment along with the applicable duties (if any). Estimate your shipping charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart and entering your delivery address. Your order is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Once your order has been confirmed, it will processed at the earliest. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse. Once your order is dispatched tracking id will be email to you. On getting your order dispatch confirmation email, you can track your order from www.dhl.com. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via email in case the shipments gets delayed due to any given reason. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, custom delays and the transit time from DHL. Estimated delivery time ranges from 5 -7 working days for in-stock items. Please note additional charges for customs clearance duties must be fulfilled by the customer.
Returns & Exchange
Please note due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected product at email@example.com or calling us at +92 336 377 3 666 within 24 hour of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused with the label attached. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product.
