Exchange Policy (No Returns)

  • Sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable
  • Forward exchange query through email ( within 24hours time of receiving the order
  • Order no. needed to track purchase for exchange.
  • Delivery Charges may imply for the exchange transactions.
  • CLEARANCE purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.

1)     Refunds are only available for all wrongly shipped merchandise with all reverse logistics to be borne by the brand.

2)     International online orders cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the merchandise is wrongly shipped.

3)     Credit vouchers will be issued for all refunds.

 *What is a Proof of Purchase?

  1. Invoice/e-receipt.
  2. In case customer fails to provide a proof of purchase they are required to tell the date and time of purchase.
